Yup, we did it! Nick and I bagged this 9,351-foot Montana Bitterroot classic. Again. (Summit number 6 or so with me, this may be my most-visited summit!) We packed way to much stuff and spent the night an hour or so up the trail, to get a head start the next morning. It paid off, since we got on the summit with still-beautiful skies and amazing views of the Bitterroots, Anacondas, Missions, Swan/Bob Marshall, etc. AWESOME!
We skied off the summit (okay Nick rides a split board), and ripped back to our day camp to pack up and head out. Another fine day in the mountains!!
